a. Choral Exchange with Dunman Sec and Catholic Junior College

Here is a reflection from Heidi Lim Sec 4I,Student Conductor (2023-2024) Soprano.

The choral exchange with Dunman Secondary and Catholic Junior College was extremely enjoyable as I got a chance to interact with people of all ages and sing with them. It was also an enriching and fun experience as not only did we benefit from learning from one another, but we also got to foster new friendships and forge a sense of camaraderie through our shared passion for music. Above all, the entire experience was a huge eye-opener for me as I was able to experience the harmonious blend of our voices and the resonance we created when our voices came together.

Here is a reflection from Arisa Wu, Sec 3E, Sop 1, Vice President and Student conductor. (2024-2025)

Participating in the combined session with CJC and Dunman Secondary was an incredibly enriching and enjoyable experience. Not only did it allow me to deepen my connections with fellow performers, but it also provided valuable insights into areas where I can further develop my skills. Comparing myself with these talented choirs highlighted areas for improvement, inspiring me to strive for greater excellence in my performances.

Overall, the session brought me immense fulfillment, leaving me eagerly anticipating future opportunities to perform alongside these exceptional choirs on stage.
